Golf Course at Pueblo Sunset

Anyone know what is really going on here? I don't believe the facebook blasts that are occurring related to Nicholas now having funding from 2 private sources. 1 person seems behind a TON of posts and it seems self serving. Is there any legit press from Gringo Gazzette or other that has real story/update?

We stayed at Sunset Beach 3/14-26 after our week at Playa Grande. The road extends well north of the resort and the spa, but no dirt is being moved for the promised golf course. Nice landscaping along the roads and only one home built out on the dunes. A taxi driver told my neighbor that due to the economy the only major building project in all of Cabo is the Grand Solmar.
