Unit 2621 (building M) is a 6th floor studio unit with a stunning, unobstructed ocean view. We purchased weeks 51-52 in December 2004, with first use being Dec 2005. (5 of the 30 years have been used; 25 to go.) We would like to sell both weeks, either together or individually.

If sold individually, we are asking $23K for week 51, and $27K for week 52. If sold together, we are asking $47,000 (a savings of $3,000). Please note that owners of week 52 have the option to stay for week 53. (Every 5 or 6 years there is a week 53. The next time will be in 2011.)
